Return & Refund Policy

At YirgaBliss Coffee, we are committed to providing high-quality, freshly roasted Ethiopian coffee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our coffee products, we do not accept returns of opened coffee bags or consumable products. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return of unopened products, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at yirgabliss@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order is missing items

We may request photos of the product and packaging to help us evaluate the issue. If approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened coffee products

  • Perishable goods and food items

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

If you have questions about a specific product, please contact us before placing your order.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return or review your claim, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
