SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with YirgaBliss Coffee. We are committed to delivering freshly roasted Ethiopian coffee to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you by email.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may become available in the future.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. YirgaBliss Coffee is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you realize you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at yirgabliss@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. YirgaBliss Coffee is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged package and product. We will review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.
